WHAT IF WE AREN'T SURE ABOUT HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE WE NEED?
If you're not sure about how many hours of coverage you'll need, we suggest booking the minimum 4 hours to secure your date, then adding additional hours when you're ready. Typically, our clients book 6-8 hours of coverage.

You can add any services leading up to your wedding date. You can add a Ceremony Edit after your wedding.
What is raw footage?
Raw footage is everything we've filmed on your wedding day, straight from the video camera. The footage is unprocessed and unedited, typically in .mov format. We also include the raw audio files from your entire ceremony and, if applicable, your reception. Audio files are typically .wav or .mp3 format.
We only provide raw footage for videography. We do not provide raw footage for photography.
Raw footage is delivered on a USB thumb drive. Typically this is about 100GB.
Who picks the music?
We select the song(s) for your wedding film to ensure the music has been properly licensed for use. The music we choose complements the feel of your wedding day and your personality. If you have a specific style of music in mind, let us know and we’ll find something that fits.
Do you have a drone?
Yes. Propeller USA is fully licensed and insured to fly drones for commercial purposes (including weddings). Shooting drone video footage is on a case-by-case basis, and is limited by weather conditions and location. Please inquire for more information.
How long will it take to receive our video(s) and Photos?
All products are delivered within 3 months after your wedding, depending on the season. Highlight Films are available online as soon as they’re done. Same Day Edits are available online the day after your wedding so you can share it with friends and family. We then deliver your final product within 3 months. Photos are typically available online 1 month after your wedding, and are delivered on a USB thumb drive within 3 months.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards through Paypal, checks, and cash.
How do I book?
Here's how our booking process works:
Submit a Booking Request
We will confirm our availability on your requested date
Once confirmed, we'll send you a contract to review and sign online
Upon signing, we require a 30% retainer payment to lock in your wedding date
Your date is locked
Please note: we cannot guarantee your wedding date until we have a signed contract and 30% retainer payment. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding date. We'll send you an invoice for this balance about 2 months before it’s due.
What if I still have questions?
We are happy to meet with you in person or over Zoom to discuss any questions or ideas you have. We want to make sure you are completely comfortable with who you choose to capture your wedding day. Coffee (or tea) is on us. Contact us to schedule a meeting →
